It provides the statistical analysis and 3D observation of the protein structures for molecular modelling applications. The protein structures can be visualized with their hetero-atoms and water molecules, also it can be manipulated by zooming the mouse. Possible to create animations by displaying the steric conflicts, disulfide bonds, hydrogen and ionic interactions in the protein structures. The pictures can be saved to the disk and able to tag the atoms and residues.
