Calculate the amount of addition required for obtaining the desired level of TA. You can simply set the raising or lowering activity, existing TA level, desired TA level and batch size to calculate. Lets you specify the batch size in litres, Imperial gallons or American gallons. It can calculate the increasing and decreasing TA based on the percentage of tartaric acid, malic acid or citric acid and calcium carbonate, potassium bicarbonate or potassium carbonate respectively. Unit of TA can be expressed in grams per litre or percentage.
